April D. Murdaugh is a Financial Adviser at Woman To Woman Financial in Jacksonville, Florida. Her practice helps women and their families create and grow generational wealth
She has worked in the financial services industry for a number of years and is passionate about financial literacy for all women. She has taught financial education programs in churches, libraries, and private organizations in both South Carolina and Florida.
In 2015, she founded a non-profit organization, The Economic Empowerment Center, Inc., dedicated to providing financial education programs for High School and College students.
Her signature workshop, The Five Biggest Mistakes Women Make With Their Money, outlines the many financial struggles she’s had to manage her finances to help eliminate the stigma and shame many women feel about their financial situation in hopes of getting them to act.
April is a former college administrator and full-time professor of Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University, a Master of Science in Management degree from Southern Wesleyan University, and a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University.
